1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
At BUNDLIV, we ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product matches "Only New" condition (unopened/sealed).
- The product is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or item).
- The product is essentially different from the description on the platform.
2. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:
- Contact: info@bundliv.com or WhatsApp within 7 days.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind." BUNDLIV covers costs for defective items.
- Address: Ship items to: BUNDLIV Fulfillment Center, Karachi, Pakistan.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on clearance or "Final Sale".
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
- Perishable goods or digital products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or after 7 days of delivery.
