- The product is essentially different from the description on the platform.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days.
- Provide Details: Share your Order ID and photos/videos of the product highlighting the issue.
- Verification: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup/Dispatch: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on clearance or "Final Sale".
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
- Perishable goods or digital products.
